Courtyard Milwaukee Downtown Hotel

Breakfast reservation mix-up was frustrating.

Very efficient service, I enjoyed all about the hotel.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a very comfortable area, close enough to Milwaukee's main attractions and restaurants and a basketball tournament and Milwaukee for a concert rooms or a play rooms are always well kept. It had perfect and convenient location 4-6 minutes walking distance from a public sculpture. The vibe here was relaxing. They offered ironing at no cost too.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The spacious room suited our family well, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. We enjoyed the quick breakfast bites from the bistro, especially the fresh fruit and pastries. I recommend following up with housekeeping for thorough cleanliness before settling in.

My king room was equipped with a refrigerator, coffee/tea making equipment and a seating area. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bath. The place had a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel needed updating.

Kids loved the pool. Enjoyed the bistro, staff very helpful

We had to ask for sheets and blankets to make bed. Confusion with breakfast and. Parking deck. Didnt enjoy paying for parking since we were guests.

great location but parking is tricky

The larger guest room was spacious, offering enough space for our family. The cleanliness of the room stood out. The staff provided really good service, always ready to assist us with a smile. We enjoyed the convenience of having various activities to do within the hotel premises.

The parking situation was inconvenient, forcing us to search for alternative options nearby.

You had a pantry with items for sale but milk / cream for coffee wasn't available unless the restaurant was open.

My room was clean, but parking was a hassle after long travels.

Nice hot tub, great location, nice complimentary toiletries (Paul Mitchell!), friendly staff - they even sent us a birthday card since they knew we were celebrating a birthday! That was a really nice touch and was much appreciated!

I thought the bed was great, very trendy decor throughout the hotel. Great location as well. I really appreciated the make up remover as an amenity.

I thought the bathrooms could be upgraded and the lighting around the sink area could be better.

We had a blast exploring the local art scene and checking out the waterfront. The hotel was clean and had great amenities. Just a heads up, the breakfast options are limited, but it works if you're just looking for a quick bite.

We faced a bit of a hassle with the parking situation since the garage entrance was locked, forcing us to carry our bags up the stairs to the hotel entrance, not ideal after a long trip.

Milwaukee's dining scene is a treat! Mo's Irish Pub was a good spot for hearty grub just a quick walk away. The on-site Starbucks and grab-and-go options made for easy mornings. The staff was quick to deliver extra pillows and blankets when we requested them-talk about service!

Parking was a bit of a maze-self-parking in an open lot versus the promised valet experience left me scratching my head. Plus, the shuttle driver wasn't the most attentive. I had to sprint down the road to catch it! Still, we made it work and the good vibes kept rolling.

The valet was the best part of our trip! He was so very helpful with shortcuts and directions to our destination! Great customer service.
